Administration Assistant Immediate Start 3 Days p/w

  • Part time opportunity 2-3 days per week.
  • Work for a significant health care provider.
  • 3-6 month contract.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing databases? A leading health care provider is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team.

This role is part time 2-3 days for a 3-6 month contract. Contract starting Monday 7th October 2024. Fitzroy location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain D365 and internal database systems
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and work schedules
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Act as the point of contact for internal assistance

Requirements & Skills:

  • Prior administration experience desirable
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
