About the role:

As the Project Coordinator, your role will be assisting the Development Managers and Development Director to ensure the successful delivery of several projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of project performance to ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work with major project vendors to ensure work is completed on time, to specification, and within scope, minimising contract variations.
  • Prepare accurate and concise project-related submissions for approval.
  • Review and submit project-related payment claims and expenses, ensuring prompt and accurate payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on project status and performance, updating project feasibility as required.
  • Maintain accurate project-related data and records in accordance with the data filing system.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including councils, government authorities, and utility providers.
  • Provide translation and interpreting services for the team both written and verbal (Mandarin).

Ideal candidate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property development, project management, engineering, architecture, or a related property/construction discipline.
  • A valid White Card is required.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in property development, engineering, project management, or architecture, with a focus on master-planned communities and land subdivision preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
    • Strong organisational and project management skills.
    • Understanding of Estate Master/Argus software and spreadsheet analysis.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work effectively within a small team and proactively participate.
