The Role

The role is ideal for a graduate or junior looking for an opportunity that will offer exceptional mentoring and professional development. The role provides an opportunity for an individual looking to development and enhance their administration and customer services experience whilst working within a thriving Project Management/ Fit Out organisation. The operations coordinator will provide administrative, client liaison and project coordination support to all active projects.

This will include extensive usage of the Simpro CRM and daily interface with key internal staff, external suppliers, and customers.

Your responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:

  • Administration and documentation management
  • Interfacing with existing customer client stakeholders
  • Managing project enquiries and milestones
  • Arranging and coordinating supplies for each project
  • Management of the Simpro CRM, including data entry, task creation and ongoing improvement
  • Communication with internal staff and customers to coordinate project deadlines
  • Office management including stationary and organising company events

Skills & Requirements

To be suitable for this role you will:

  • Demonstrate strong capability and desire for detailed administration duties
  • Possess strong time management the ability to create and action task lists
  • Have well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be confident, articulate, and able to problem solve whilst working under pressure
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and show a pro-active attitude to your work
  • Have a high proficiency in the use of CRM software
  • Possess a valid Australian working visa
